Museum of the Human Web

Brand Identity
Asimov Collective
Parallel builds web infrastructure for AI agents, used by more than 100,000 developers. The identity for its Museum of the Human Web treats the pre-AI internet as history, object by object, and shows a company building for machines that knows who built the web first.

The web has a new user.
So the first one gets a museum.

Parallel was founded in 2023 by Parag Agrawal, Twitter’s former CEO. Its bet is simple: agents will use the web far more than people ever did. In April 2026, it raised $100M at a $2B valuation.

Nine days later, it opened the Museum of the Human Web at 238 King Street. Eighty-five artifacts, from the ARPANET to the eve of ChatGPT. An IBM 5150. The Pets.com sock puppet. A Juicero. Partners: the Computer History Museum, the Internet Archive, and Stripe Press.

A company building for agents, celebrating humans. It sounds like a contradiction. It isn’t.

Logo

The wordmark is set in Times New Roman, the default typeface of the early web. Browsers fell back to it, and first homepages were written in it. Nobody chose it. Everyone read it. Parallel’s globe replaces the O, so the museum carries its maker inside the name.
